After “Good News” and “Traumazine”, Megan Thee Stallion is preparing to release a third opus, entitled “Megan”, which will be available on June 28. The 29-year-old American rapper announced the good news to her 32 million fans on her Instagram account by revealing the cover of her record, on which we can see her coming out of a cocoon in a laboratory.
For now, three singles from this album have been released: “Cobra”, “Boa” and “Hiss”, a song in which she indirectly attacks Kenneth Petty, the husband of Nicki Minaj , a sex offender who was registered for attempted rape in 1994.
Moreover, since the release of this piece last January, the two women, who had collaborated on the title “Hot Girl Summer” in 2019, have been in conflict and clashed by interposed music.
As a reminder, Megan Thee Stallion recently made headlines after being accused of harassment by her former cameraman. According to his complaint, filed in a Los Angeles court, he was notably forced to witness a sexual encounter between the star and another woman, during a car ride during a trip to the Spanish island of Ibiza , in June 2022. The rapper would also have increased the fatophobic attacks against her.
