The Italian tenor and his first wife, Enrica Cenzatti, had two sons: Amos, 29, and Matteo, 27. He and his then-girlfriend Veronica Berti welcomed their youngest kid, a 12-year-old daughter named Virginia, more than ten years later. On the second birthday of their daughter, Andrea and Berti tied the knot in 2014.

According to Andrea, music is a “essential component” of the Bocelli family. Andrea has not only been their father but has also worked with his kids on their own musical endeavors. Following a number of collaborative performances in previous years, Andrea, Matteo, and Virginia published their holiday album A Family Christmas in 2022.

Amos Bocelli, age 29

Andrea and Cenzatti welcomed Amos Bocelli into the world on February 22, 1995. The singer’s special someone inspired the name of Andrea’s firstborn kid. Amos was named after Amos Martellacci, a man from Andrea’s birthplace who had guided him through college “with generosity and determination” until the singer earned his law degree, according to Andrea’s website.

Matteo Bocelli, 27

Andrea Bocelli and Cenzatti welcomed Matteo Bocelli into the world on October 8, 1997. Matteo is a musician, just like his dad. Because he was “a little bit shy,” Matteo would sing frequently as a child, but only in front of his mother and not his father.

Despite his aptitude for music, which included vocal performance at the Institute of Musical Studies Luigi Boccherini in Tuscany, Italy, and piano studies at a nearby music school, Matteo wasn’t sure at first if he wanted to pursue singing.
