Goldie Hawn (born November 21, 1945) is an American actress, director, producer and singer.
Born into a modest family, Goldie Hawn grew up in a world of artists with a mother who was a dance teacher and a father who was a musician. From the age of 3, she took classical dance and tap lessons and, in 1955, participated in the Nutcracker of the Russian Ballet of Monte-Carlo. After dropping out of university, she directed and taught at a dance school from 1964. She also pursued a career as a professional dancer and attempted to make her acting debut.
Goldie Hawn had to wait until 1968 to see her career take off thanks to the comedy series Rowan & Morning’s. Her laugh and her natural acting make her the it-girl of the moment, which does not fail to attract the attention of Hollywood. The 70s and 80s will be the years of consecration. In 1970, she won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for the comedy Cactus Flower . She took on roles and attracted filmmakers such as Steven Spielberg. Goldie Hawn has a busy family life. First married to dancer Gus Trikonis, she then married actor Bill Hudson with whom she had 2 children Oliver and Kate, both actors. Since 1983, she has been in a relationship with Kurt Russell with whom she has a son Wyatt, born July 10, 1986. She also has 5 grandchildren.
