England’s Tottenham and Italy’s Roma did not fail and certified their qualification for the Conference League group stage, after beating Portugal’s Paços Ferreira and Turkey’s Tranzonspor respectively on Thursday in the second leg of the final qualifying round.
The English team, finalist of the Champions League in 2019, which had been surprised in the first leg, after losing 1-0 to Paços Ferreira, did not cause any new surprises and won in London by 3-0 with two goals from Harry Kane and another from Argentina’s Giovani Lo Celso.
