Three stabbed in London attack: Police rule out terror act


Three people were stabbed in central London on Thursday. According to the police, this was not an act of terror and the incident is being treated as a suspected robbery.

The attack took place in Bishopsgate, near Liverpool Street StationThursday morning and several officers anyonesir Police and paramedics from the London Ambulance Service rushed to the scene of the attack.

“We received reports of three stabbings and an attack on another person in Bishopsgate at 9.46am, who were pushed to the ground and police arrived at the scene at 9.51am. It’s youna ongoing situation, but it is not considered terrorism-related,” police said in a statementn release.

The victim has been taken to hospital for treatment, The area has been blocked. Images on social media showed several emergency services vehicles on the road next to the 22 Bishopsgate skyscraper.
