The Supreme Court, like the High Court of Galicia, declares null the ERA of Alcoa San Cibrao

The Supreme Court aligned itself with the theories of the Superior Court of Justice of Galicia and declared null the ERA that the multinational Alcoa wanted to apply in the factory of San Cibrao, in Cervo (Lugo), the only factory of primary aluminum which remains in Spain.

This is what the works council confirmed, after having received notification of this decision.
