The Singapore Work Pass allows foreigners to work in the country

The Republic of Singapore is accepting foreign workers through its various work permit routes. The country’s work visa is called a work pass that foreign workers must have before starting work.

The permit is up to 2 years, depending on the validity of the worker’s passport, the bond and the period of employment. It can also be renewed.

Sectors such as Construction, Manufacturing, Maritime Shipyard, Processes and Services are driving sectors that tend to employ foreigners from all over the world.

Applicants can refer to the Ministry of Human Resources which is the official site for Singapore that provides details on every job and immigration, and all categories, so it’s important to read it carefully.
