Samsung Galaxy A14 5G has a density of 700 and 4 GB of Ram A listing on Geekbench from the previous week made it clear that Samsung is gearing up to unveil the Galaxy A14 5G smartphone, which will be powered by an unidentified new mid-range Exynos chipset.

Now, the mobile device has once again been spotted on Geekbench, this time with a chipset made by MediaTek called Dimensity 5G.

Geekbench benchmark database, the samsung Galaxy A14 5G was recognized with the model number SM-A146P. The processor that will power the device will have a 2 + 6 core design, making it an octa-core processor. This particular processor is known as the MediaTek Dimensity 700.

For the benefit of those unaware, the Dimensity 700 is produced using a 7nm process and incorporates a Mali G57 GPU into its design. This is the same chipset that can be found inside a variety of mid-range smartphones, such as the Redmi 11 Prime 5G, Oppo A58, and others.

The upcoming A-series smartphone with the lowest entry price scored 522 points in the single-core portion of the Geekbench 5 benchmark test.


The smartphone received a total of 1,710 points for its performance in the multi-core round.

The description of the device on Geekbench also reveals that it will contain 4 gigabytes of random access memory (RAM). There’s a good chance that Samsung will also release it with a variety of alternative memory capacities.

The listing suggests that Android 13 will be pre-installed on the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G when it launches.
