Liverpool star Mohamed Salah became the most productive African player in Premier League history after a phenomenal hat-trick against Manchester United.
The Egyptian was in sparkling form again when the Reds rioted Old Trafford, score for 10th league match in a row and his 15th goal in just 12 games (in all competitions) this season.
V 29 year old first put Nabi Keita on his debut goal and played a role in preparing for Diogo Hota’s strike for the second.
With his high frequencies, this means Salah has scored. 107 goals in the top flight helping him surpass former Chelsea legend Didier Drogba at 104.
What’s more remarkable is that Drogba took 254 games to score In just eight seasons he played in the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Salah is featured in 167 games total: 154 for Liverpool and 13 for Chelsea, scoring just two goals.
There remains a chance that his Liverpool team-mate Sadio Mane can join him at the summit, scoring seven goals out of 100 Senegal.
But Salah’s incredible form, which has allowed him to score goals in every game this season, aside from a 2-0 win over Burnley, will surely keep him ahead of Mane.
Salah has already broken several records this season, becoming the fastest player to achieve. 100 Premier League goals for Liverpool earlier this season.
