KArim Benzema is one of the top candidates for the 2021 Ballon d’Or and has received notable support from Rafael Nadal.

The tennis star, who is a well-known Real Madrid fan, wrote a post on social media to explain why he hopes the striker will be honored with this individual award.

“I admire him as a player, he demonstrates a commitment to the sport and demonstrates professionalism at his age,” Nadal wrote.

“Good luck Benzema and I will support you in hosting the 2021 Ballon d’Or.”
