Mauricio Pochettino will be concerned over the health of Kylian Mbappe on Wednesday evening after the forward was withdrawn against Club Brugge through injury after just 51 minutes of play.

The build-up before the game was all about the first glimpse of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Mbappe playing together from the start, but it didn’t last anywhere close to a full match.

Mbappe suffered his injury as he collided with Nsoki and appeared to roll his right ankle.

He indicated to the bench that he needed to be taken off and as soon as he arrived back on the bench, ice was applied to his ankle.
