Man seen with ‘Ghana must go’ bag at bank depositing a lot of money following CBN’s plan to redesign the naira (Video)
A Nigerian woman has expressed shock after seeing a man believed to be a customer depositing mounds of money at a bank.
In a video that surfaced online, two men could be seen unloading money they took to the bank into essential bags from Ghana.
They were pulling out wads of N500 and N1k bills and dropping them on the cashier counter.
The woman who filmed them said that she visited the bank to withdraw only N1,000 only to see a man carrying bags into the bank room. She linked the client’s decision to deposit such an amount to the CBN’s planned redesign of some naira notes.
