Hubris, a sci-fi story that came out with a great screen at Gamescom 2022, will launch on December 7 at $39.99 on various desktop VR platforms. It is scheduled to be released on Meta Quest 2, PlayStation VR2 and some other unannounced platforms.
The premiere of Cyborg turns you into a rookie agent of the militaristic and mute Objectivity order who undergoes training before being tasked with searching for a teammate in the transforming Gemini system. This risky and pleasantly alien setting was meticulously planned to take human action to the next level and played in Cologne this August.
Hubris deliberately turned to research to apply an integrated tactic to natural body movements, and Cyborn has designed the game specifically to make its environments as harmonious as possible.

Unlike the dubious Half-Life: Alyx, which uses proven pulsating teleport mechanics for movement, Hubris lets you explore something more twisted based on arm movement to let you swim, climb, and jump without textbook motion sickness. many other games have communicated efforts to do the same.
Hubris’ combat feels surprising and natural, to the point where you feel completely guilty for missing your target. While the fair only shows training dummies and low-level, splodge alien lifeforms, the expansive gameplay promises a variety of wildlife combinations alongside humanoids and mechanized enemies, and each needs a variety of plans to overcome.
Although the true strength of Hubris lies in the beauty of their surroundings. Whether you’re in the busy corridors of a spaceship or atop a rocky planet, you can discover that you’re uncomfortable just by looking around.
“We were stunned by the response we saw at Gamescom, and it’s really exciting to finally be able to lift the lid on Hubris’ launch in just over a month,” said Cyborn CEO and games manager Ives Agemans.
We feel how important it is to make the most of what VR has to offer, and we think Hubris will help as the next step for the cast by providing an immersive experience that will push VR platforms forward.
