Fa bright day has come Saul “Canelo” Alvarez will take over Dmitry Bivol this Saturday night at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
The Mexican will move up to light heavyweight for his first fight in 2022 when he faces the undefeated Bivol for his WBA title.
Despite the fact that the Russian has a record of 19-0, with 11 of these victories won by knockout, Alvarez it’s a different level and most of them choose the Mexican to win.
Including American boxing legend Bernard Hopkinswho believes Alvarez will have its way with bivol.
“There will be mash everywhere, another big event, he will crush it.” Hopkins predicted on Fight Hub TV.
“People are very happy to see Cinnamonto see if he stays mentally and physically at his best.”
Even in spite of bivol taller and boasts a larger arm span than the Mexican, Hopkins doesn’t think it will be a problem.
“If a Cinnamon he didn’t have the talent and qualities that he has, yes, but that’s not the case,” he said when asked bivolsize can be a factor.
“It will be about Cinnamon wants to do, not what bivol wants to do.”
