Guadalajara’s Chivas played one of their best matches of the semester to go goalless against Argentina’s coach Santiago Solari’s America this Saturday in Mexican football’s Apertura 2021 derby.
In interim coach Marcelo Michel Leaño’s premiere, the Chivas were well planted, stopped the rival’s attack and moved up from ninth to eighth place, while America continued as the leader, even if this Sunday they will lose their condition, if Toluca wins.
