The Super Eagles camp in Lisbon swelled with the arrival of five more players on Monday night.
The quintet of Tyrone Ebuehi, Frank Onyeka, Terem Moffi, Chidozie Awaziem and Bright Osayi-Samuel met up with their teammates at camp ahead of their first training session.
Sixteen players are now in camp, with another seven still expected.
Vice Captain William Troost-Ekong, Alex Iwobi, Joe Aribo, Ademola Lookman, Calvin Bassey, Oghenekaro Etebo and Emmanuel Dennis, among others, arrived at camp earlier in the day.
The Super Eagles will face Portugal’s Selecao at the Jose Alvalade, Lisbon, on Friday.
The game will kick off at 7:45 pm Nigerian time.
