Experts, others to discuss potential risks in real estate transactions in Lagos

The Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (LASRERA) has invited critical stakeholders in the real estate market to the 3rd Real Estate Market Conference & Exhibition.

The two-day event will kick off on December 6, 2022 at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, and is expected to be declared open by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

According to the organizers, the participants will discuss The Lagos Emerging Real Estate Markets: Mitigating Potential Risks.

They will focus on the potential risks of real estate transactions, laws protecting real estate investment transactions, and Lagos State real estate policies and guidelines.

Please remember that on February 7, 2022, Mr. Sanwo-Olu enacted the LASRERA bill in an attempt to regulate, sanitize, and protect people from illegal real estate transactions and fraudulent persons/organizations, monitor real estate transaction activities, and ensure in-state asset transactions conform to global best practices.

This conference is sponsored by a luxury real estate development company, The Address Homes, as part of their contribution to the growth of real estate in Nigeria.

“The partnership between Address Homes and the Lagos State Government on this conference and exhibition would further boost the already existing collaboration to promote integrity, professionalism, customer satisfaction and security in the real estate industry in Nigeria,” said the Marketing Manager of The Address Homes, Mr. Segun Ogunbiyi, noted.

He said the company is also a major exhibitor at the show, which showcases real estate development with a combination of high-quality contemporary architectural design and high-end finishes with respect to layouts and styles that meet consumer passion, taste and comfort. .
