The film that became the favorite at the 36th Goya Awards is The Good Boss by Fernando Leon de Aranoa. Whatever happens on the night of Saturday, February 12, the film with Javier Bardem in the title role has already entered the history of the Academy Award, breaking the record held so far by Imanol Uribe’s Days Are Numbered. In 1995, Uribe’s film received 19 nominations, while The Good Boss received 20 nominations this year. In second place in terms of the number of nominations is Iciar Bolline’s Maishabelle with 14 nominations, and Pedro Almodóvar’s Parallel Couples is in third place with 8 nominations.
