Carlos Ortega’s Barça beat Dinamo Bucharest 36-32 on Thursday, coached by Xavi Pascual, in a match that had no other history than the great reception of Palau fans, who coached the team of Barça for nearly twelve years.
Pascual was received by the supporters of Palau standing, conreando his name, and with an ovation of more than a minute. Former Barca players Cedric Sorhaindo, Xavi Pascual and Edu Gurbindo, now in the Romanian squad, were also cheered when they were named by the PA system.
